Ivanka Trump arrived in Israel with her father on Monday for a 24-hour visit. Immediately after she arrived, Ivanka did something that shows just how serious she is about her Jewish faith.
Daily Mail reported that Ivanka arrived at the airport wearing a modest black and navy ensemble, showing respect for her Jewish faith and its strict dress codes. The first daughter wore a black and navy long-sleeve, high-necked top and a $959 navy pleated skirt by Cédric Charlier as she watched the arrival ceremony for President Donald Trump at Ben Gurion International Airport in Tel Aviv.
Ivanka followed her faith’s dress code by wearing dark colors and sporting a longer hemline that grazed her calves.
She also kept her head covered with a navy fascinator, and wore a pair of simple black pumps from her own eponymous fashion line.
Ivanka converted to Judaism when she married her husband, Jared Kushner, in 2009.
Earlier in the day, Ivanka took to Twitter to express her excitement about visiting Israel.
We had an amazing and historic visit in Saudi Arabia. I am excited to continue our trip in Israel. #POTUSAbroad
