Democrat presidential nominee Hillary Clinton has consistently criticized Republican rival Donald Trump over his business decisions while ignoring her own shady dealings.
For example, a recent Newsweek article written by Kurt Eichenwald expressed concern about Trump’s business relationship and foreign policy conflicts stemming from the operation of the Trump Organization.
Clinton piggybacked off of that article and publicly posed 20 questions of her own to Trump about his dealings and relationships, but, ironically, many of the questions she has demanded the GOP candidate answer were ones she probably didn’t want to answer, either.
“A close examination by Newsweek of the Trump Organization, including confidential interviews with business executives and some of its international partners, reveals an enterprise with deep ties to global financiers, foreign politicians and even criminals, although there is no evidence the Trump Organization has engaged in any illegal activities,” Eichenwald wrote in the Newsweek article.
“It also reveals a web of contractual entanglements that could not be just canceled. If Trump moves into the White House and his family continues to receive any benefit from the company, during or even after his presidency, almost every foreign policy decision he makes will raise serious conflicts of interest and ethical quagmires,” he concluded.
Clinton used this report as a launching pad for her own questions about Trump’s business relationships, asking him to explain how he would handle any conflicts.
While many of the questions could easily be asked of Clinton, too, some were more ironic than others.
“Will you sever ties with your company linked to foreign leaders, questionable organizations, and criminals if you become president?” Clinton asked of Trump on Twitter.
1. Will you sever ties with your company linked to foreign leaders, questionable organizations, and criminals if you become president?

Meanwhile, the Clinton Foundation has been found to have its own ties to shady foreign businesses and operatives, including a suspected terrorist with connections to Hezbollah.
And, let’s not forget her organization’s acceptance of large donations from oppressive Middle Eastern regimes, such as Saudi Arabia and Qatar, which frequently violate basic human rights.
Will Clinton sever her ties with the Clinton Foundation that is linked to foreign leaders, questionable organizations and criminals if she becomes president?
Unfortunately, I think we all know the answer to that.
The Clintons believe they’re not accountable for any of their wrongdoings — thanks, in large part, to President Barack Obama’s Justice Department. And, as we have seen before, a Clinton in the White House is no different.
Like and share on Facebook and Twitter if you think Hillary Clinton should answer questions about her own ties to shady foreign characters.
Do you think Trump or Clinton should sever ties to their organizations if elected president?
